Part of the collaboration of teachers in SchoolSat during the 2002/2003 academic year involved using access to the Internet to support various projects and activities which were of interest to teachers in Donegal. They set up various mini-project teams on different topics. Some of these teams looked at finding and sharing electronic resources which were of interest for particular subjects, so if you visit the "Maths" or "Technology" parts of this web site you will find lists of interesting web sites that they found useful.

Other mini-projects focused on building own teaching resources on particular topics, like local history that we have published here as we think other teachers may also find them useful. We are also using this site to publish student work, like the photos of woodwork projects carried out in Carrick which were posted by Noel Ward.
These resources are still available via this site however the active participation of teachers taking part in 2003/2004 is not expected although they continue to access the Internet using the SchoolSat service.
