MATHS

The teachers taking part in this project included Michael O'Kane from Carndonagh, Daniel Doherty and Fred Gallagher from Arranmore, Mairead Mc Daid from Milford and Aoife Nash from Bellinamore. They were interested in building up lists of interesting links and resources for teaching Maths at various levels.

Here you can visit the maths website that was made by Daniel Doherty`s class from Arranmore.

Here are some sites particularly focused on Maths which you might find useful:

Website about maths and science in a broad sense. It is actually an online magazine which appears every 3 months.
This website provides links to resources in mathematics and science for educators and students in grades 9-12, although teachers of other levels may find these materials helpful.
Maths excercises for students of different ages.
This web site designed by a teacher which contains materials written for use in science lessons, downloads, information about other software, and revision tips.
The free GCSE on-line course is not meant to be quick fix to help you scrape a pass in maths, there are many excellent revision sites which do this already. The course aims to make you a maths expert with as little effort as possible. Many exercises of varying difficulty.
